The short version
Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or fake profiles. Don't share illegal content. You're 18+. We can suspend accounts that break the rules. We're not responsible for what other users do or say.
1. Agreement
By using lahorechitchat.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms — if changes are significant, we'll notify you.
2. Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use lahorechitchat.com. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18. If you provide false age information your account will be terminated. Creating accounts on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure
- You're responsible for all activity on your account
- One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended
- You must provide accurate signup information
- You may not transfer or share your account
4. Community Guidelines
These are the rules for using lahorechitchat.com. Breaking them can lead to warnings, message removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

- Friendly conversation, banter, jokes
- Sharing photos of yourself, places, food, art
- Discussing relationships, dating, friendship
- Opinions on music, gaming, tech, lifestyle
- Anonymous confessions (in Confessions room only)
- Reporting other users who break rules
🚫 Not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, or threats against any user
- Hate speech based on religion, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, or nationality
- Sexually explicit content, nudity, or solicitation
- Spam, mass-messaging, advertising, or selling services
- Fake profiles — pretending to be someone you're not
- Catfishing using stolen photos
- Sharing other people's personal information without consent (doxxing)
- Illegal content including drugs, weapons, violence
- Child safety violations — any content involving minors
- Scams, phishing, or asking for money
- Hacking or abusing the platform's systems
- Hate against Pakistan or Lahore — keep it positive
5. Reporting violations
If you see content that breaks these rules, click the 🚨 button on the message or contact [email protected]. We review reports within 48 hours.
6. Blocking other users
You can block any user from contacting you. Blocked users can't see your profile, send you messages, or interact with you. You can unblock at any time in your settings.
7. Content you post
- You own your content — chat messages, photos, voice notes
- By posting, you grant lahorechitchat.com a license to display your content on the platform (so other users can see it)
- You're responsible for content you post — don't share anything illegal, copyrighted (without permission), or someone else's private information
- We may remove content that violates these terms without notice
8. Coins and virtual goods
lahorechitchat.com uses an in-app coin system. Coins:
- Are not real money and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Are non-transferable between accounts
- Have no real-world monetary value
- May be earned for free through daily activity
- May be purchased in the future via payment partners (Stripe, JazzCash, etc.)
- Are non-refundable once spent on features (SuperLike, save voice DM, match extension)
- May be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations
9. Dating and meetups — safety
lahorechitchat.com is a community platform. We don't verify all users and we're not responsible for interactions that happen between users on or off the platform. Use common sense:
- Meet new people in public places for first meetings
- Tell a friend or family member where you're going
- Don't share financial information, bank details, or send money to anyone you've met online
- Trust your instincts — if something feels off, report it and block them
- Photo verification badges (when available) indicate a user has verified their photo, but doesn't guarantee identity
10. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without notice. You can delete your own account anytime by emailing us. After deletion:
- Your profile becomes invisible to other users
- Your data is removed within 30 days (except as required for safety records)
- Coins on your account are forfeited
- Active matches and conversations are removed
11. Service availability
We do our best to keep the site available but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may take the site offline for maintenance. We're not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:
- That you'll find a match or relationship
- That other users are who they claim to be
- That conversations will be private from determined attackers
- Any specific outcome from using the platform
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, lahorechitchat.com and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which for most users is zero, since the core service is free).
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
